Hi all,
What's the opinions of Citronic turntables? I hear they're meant to be as good as the good ol' 1200s.
Also, any recommendations where I can buy either deck online for the best price?

Re: Citronic Turntables
Hey m8, not sure of how good the Citronic turntables are but if u just starting out i would invest on some cd players and a good mixer and headphones. the reason being Vinyl is way to expensive these days. Gone are the days when i used to get a piece of vinyl for like 15-16 bucks (Aus).. i have not bought vinyl for ages last i remember they were 20-22 bucks each.. In regards to your question bout where to get em cheap, look at athe links below. Store Dj is in Richmond and the Dj warehouse is cheap too. Both are prob the cheapest in Melbourne.

Have a look on both sites and good luck :D
Re: Citronic Turntables
The only time I buy vinyl is when I can't find it on mp3 or its a collectable for me and I must have the vinyl version of it.
Re: Citronic Turntables
Andy, get you some Cd players. I used to have a set of American DJ cd players.

and frankly never had any problems with them...they have pitch bend buttons to help you not have to use the jog wheel, but the jog wheel isn't all that bad. I'd rather use this than I would a CDJ 200, which I was using this weekend and really didn't like the jogwheel...thank God Nino brought a CDJ-1000 of his for us to use.
And BTW, you can get them for under $100.
