Yeah its our wonderful gas prices that are footing the bill for this craziness. Guess one of these will be popping up in Moscow and nyc as well.

Dubai never ceases to amaze me with how much more they seek to provide there ppl with even though on the most artificial of levels loool, seeing how the city is dust particle small... Rotation you say, I think they've been rotating ppls minds long enough with providing a very consumer based economy to get ppl all distracted :roll:, which is probably why the crowds there at any given event are the most passive n boring:what.. but with all the insanity around there sky high project that came up with Engineered artificial islands, to climate controlled ski resort.... to rotating skyscraper... Who knows what there fetish for innovation will inspire next winky

Whats the point? Other than the architect charging a fortune to design a building that someone else will have to pay for, i cant see why they would want to do this?
