i've had this one at burger bar Rossini: Kobe beef, sautéed foie gras, shaved truffles, Madeira sauce, on onion bun. it was so fuckin good, but idk about paying $200 for a burger...

If they brought that to Australia I'd gladly try it. Burger King make my favourite burgers from all the chew n spews.

The ingredients on that gourmet one sounds amazing. I'd be happy to help out a charity and have a once in a lifetime, work of art burger.

I am ambivalent about these burgers. Aren't burgers meant to be eaten with your hands, slobbered all over, meat juice and oil dripping everywhere? Like, real food you handy and eat in the most visceral manner. Not like these pansy gourmet stuff.
