carlin was a legend.. quite possibly the funniest comic i ever knew.

saw him in vegas 3-4 years ago and it was not as funny as i hoped it would be... way too political imo and the jokes just werent there :(

he went off for about 20 minutes about fat people and there was this 300-400 lb chick right up front... he definitely pulls no stops, haha

Damn this is difficult to take. This month is forever gonna be in my mind as the most fucked up month of my life in terms of people leaving. First my Father and now his favorite comedian. And both of them die from the same thing.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. I hope George is now up there with Rodney and Bill and all the other greats having a great time.

The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough. It takes up a lot of your time. What do you get at the end of it? A Death! What's that, a bonus? I think the life cycle is all backwards. You should die first, get it out of the way. Then you live in an old age home. You get kicked out when you're too young, you get a gold watch, you go to work. You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You do drugs, alcohol, you party, you get ready for high school. You go to grade school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little baby, you go back into the womb, you spend your last nine months floating...

...and you finish off as an orgasm.
