after seeing all those tracklistings from his transitions radio shows, his live appearances in clubs and the cds he makes...

i was just wondering how much music Digweed has...

i mean wtf... he doesnt play the same tunes over and over again and he also gets tunes even a year before they official get released to online shops...

so how big is Digweed's hard drive???

how many tunes do you think he's got???

Re: Digweed's Hard Drive

Oakenfold used to say he got sent about 120 tracks a week. I imagine Digweed would get the same. That amount of vinyl would would take a lot of space week in week out. I recon top DJ's would have to dump a lot of it. The sets of some people i use on soulseek would take about 4 years to listen to, if you said each set was only an hour long. I think a lot of the tracks would either get deleted form any hard drive Digweed would transport with him.

Re: Digweed's Hard Drive

HDD space is so cheap these days, that collecting all your music for a guy like digweed could be done with a few terabytes max, which puts it less than $500 i suppose to store it. I'd keep it all, but, I'm a music hoarder.

Re: Digweed's Hard Drive

£1500 for only the digital files :)

(cant even imagine for how much money his vinyl would finish on eBay..)

Re: Digweed's Hard Drive

Didn't Sander Kleinenberg sell all his Vinyl to a Dutch record store for about £5,000. Who then split it and sold it on. I think he could of maybe got more on eBay. Then again how many of you could afford to bid anyway. What could and would you realistically pay for Digweed's record collection ?
