any news why he quit the tour?
Re: PVD quit his tour but I'm happy as hell because...
I think it was something to do with his teeth
are you serious or taking the piss?
or did he have to rush back to Europe because his boyfriend (tiesto) missed him so much?
Re: PVD quit his tour but I'm happy as hell because...
thats what I heard on the board for the fest he was playing at.
Re: PVD quit his tour but I'm happy as hell because...
Thank god.
PVD =Overcrowded
I have yet to see a trance show that hasn't been over packed. One day perhaps when i am 50 I will get to see a trance set I can actually have room to dance at.

Both him and Tiesto bit my balls at Global Gathering.

Jerry has actually been touring with Paul as his opening act...quite a good compliment apparently - a friend of mine saw them in SA (Paul's even taken a liking to several of Bonham's tunes :Naughty: )
Re: PVD quit his tour but I'm happy as hell because...
jerry and paul have the same agent. they really should just let jerry play all night. he does great long sets. jerry, you the man!!!!!!!!!! :LoveYou:
I loved paul van dyks music back in the day.. even up until the cd in 2000. Hes terrible now.. His music is terrible and he's even worse in his shows. I saw him in montreal where he flipped out cause his cd was scratching played for half an hour and left.. Hes just turned into a little bitch.

PVD sucks. He is one of the most overrated djs. Well not as much as tiesto. Who cares about him canceling his us dates. Listen to good music.
I used to love PvD, still like all of his production work from the early days esp Seven Ways. But as a DJ he's gone the way of Oakenfold.
The industry greats have let their fame go to their head's, except Digweed.
Re: PVD quit his tour but I'm happy as hell because...
I saw PVD approx. one month ago at the Club Fur grand opening in Washington D.C. I have to say he put on a hell of a show and that was probably the most fun I've had in a DC club in a while. Usually those clubs are filled with little raver kids that just piss you off. :Die:

This is no joke, this is the reason he had to cancel the tour...
isnt he the most expensive dj in the world??
Re: PVD quit his tour but I'm happy as hell because...
USA Weekened 14/15/16 October We regret to announce that Paul van Dyk has to cancel his 3 US shows on 14/15/16th of October 2004. Due to an urgent oral surgery on Tuesday, Paul van Dyk was advised by doctors that he will not be permitted to fly for the week following the surgery due to obvious problems that could be caused by air pressure changes. Paul van Dyk is truly sorry about having to cancel his performances and we will try to replace the gigs as soon as possible. We hope to have the new dates next week online here on www.paulvandyk.com
Ya i agree they all have. I think its gotten to Danny T's head too, but regardless of whether you like his music or not he still puts on a consistent show.
jerry bonham DESTROYED pvd in denver last year!
