EDIT is a site you can download mixes and other goodies. To be honest im not exactly sure, but one of the lads in college mentioned it to me a couple of years back. Ill try out your link. cheers for the reply.

Hey, just because as a virtual community most people do not like trance, if you mean the melodic build up stuff, does not mean it cannot be discussed, plenty of people hear like all sorts of different styles of EDM, I really dig drums and bass, a few other people on this board do as well, the point really is if you want to start threads about the AVB show the other night, not too many people will care, but as for sets I know maryz and dj'sgirl post a lot of trance like sets so maybe you should PM for some links or just do a search in the P&R section, if this place was that factious against trance the mods would probably remove the links of trance sets but they don't, diversity is king in MS land. Either way trance threads provide entertainment on many levels to many people here, so fire away.

yah...but it isnt only trance, its all EDM. lots of complete singles and zero day too. also this torrent site is ranked pretty high for a private site for invites. so high rank private sites you trade with other high ranked ones like torrentleech,bit-hdtv etc. without trancetraffic i wouldnt be able to get into those sites. so who needs beatport when you have trancetraffic? lol i know its bad but then i dont dj. :p

I'm glad I entertained at least, and i plan to stick around, just keeping the trance talk to a minimum. :p

Its good to get other peoples perspectives, even it you do not agree with them. Slating people for their tastes, on the other hand, is tasteless, ironically.

I'm simply trying to interact with EDM lovers, and that encompasses all types of EDM. As MercuryServer sort of promotes Prog/Electro??? so be it. Progressive house is my fave genre and it just so happens that the melodic bits can sometimes be trancey! is that a word. Anyway thanks for the backup.

Well said, thought SLSK was EDM music piracy nirvana. regardless if you do dj or not, knowing the amount of music producers that interact with this site, ripping off tunes could be somewhat a slap in the face, so many producers/dj's already put their promos on MS, why not show them some luv by buying the tracks or cd comps they produce.

eh? downloading singles and listening to them? that wouln't go anywhere with me...boring. even so i dl them like i do here and listen. i have no use for singles. album sure i will download them and listen to it. if its great. like me i would buy it and everyone else should too. all of my cds i burn are live mixes.
