except from participating in the forums and getting the required 10 postings, is there anything else someone should do to be able to download a couple of sets....It seems that I can't download even after following the instructions and the postings requirements. In addition to that, when I managed to download certain sets, they would not appear at my desktop (an error has occured or something it said))...any help or piece of advice??

Check your Temp directory as sometimes they get deposited there.

I never once asked where the fucking downloads are. This isnt soulseek, its a forum to discuss current events, politics, and most importantly music. And there just happen to be some choons to download. Don't come in with a whiny attitude and expect sympathy, if you have relevant question, there is a page that will answer most of your ?'s. You get it when you register, it isnt that difficult. Some of you act like you have to split a bloody atom to download.

yep you got the first part right....it's all about the participation.

However just because they might be a newbie here doesn't mean that they don't have anything to say, intelligent or otherwise. If a dj registers on this board does it take 50 posts before they have something intelligent to say?

Usually i like to bash noobs just to keep the post count up, in case the download link dissapears. Plan ahead and all that,
