So (luckily) I get to go to Minneapolis for a week for software training.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for this city as far as food and evening possibilities?

Feel free to be snarky, and I am already spending one evening at the mall of america.

For evening activities, depends on when you will be in town. If your in town around 4/15, Sasha & Digweed are playing downtown.

Check out the Guthrie Theater. Its a nice peice of architecture, good performing arts and contemporary fine dining. It was a highlight of my trip to Minneapolis.
