Just in case you were wondering, Fred Rogers (of Mr. Roger's Neighborhood) would have been 80 years old today. Classic kids show. I grew up watching it. OK, I still watch it. If you used to watch his show, what was your favorite part? I like the neighborhood of make-believe. Was always hoping for a trolley accident with Prince Tuesday (jk). Oh yeah, I like the fish feeding part too.

my girlfriend wore a sweater today for mr rogers i guess he was from Pittsburgh like she is.... i defiantly have some childhood memories of watch his show.

I watched it as a kid too and when my son was old enough he watched the show as well. So I got to remember sitting in front of the TV when I was a kid while he was watching it. :RockOn:

I hated make believe land, I thought all the puppets were scary and freakish looking, especially king friday and the owl. I liked when Mr. Rogers would go visit places and see how they make things. The saxaphone factory was my favorite.

My favorite part was when he visited diff places, like factories and places like that..I like to learn how stuff is done.

I used to love watching Mr. Rogers !

My mom said I used to put my slippers on when he was putting his indoor shoes on at the beginning and I always said "Hello Neighbour" when he said hello at the end of the intro :)
