My buddy is looking to party it up this New Years down south. He's looking for a young, hip party place (I guess like a college spring break kind of atmosphere) Beach and hot sun is a must!

Any suggestions?

California, Flordia, New Your city. Time square is mad for new years but cold as hell. I am sure Miami will be crazy for new yrs. Iknow digweed play in La every yr for New Yrs. That is alsways an option.

Miami would definitely be the best choice. If you're thinking Caribbean and your buddy is a dude (which I'll assume) then Hedonism would definitely be the place!!! Talk about a ball drop! :Naughty:

Sydney All the Way M8! Might cost you a buck or two in plane fare, but NYE and NYD is host to some of the biggest parties down under. It's full-on summer at NYE and all the Aussie glam's (women) come out to play for a little fun in the sun!!!

Mobile Home's Party will put you right on the harbour front for the fireworks on NYE and keep you partyin' right on through so you can stumble down to the domain on NYD for Fuzzy's Field Day to lavish in the sun with great dj's in Sydney's huge park right in the CBD.

if you go to NYC i would totally stear clear of times square .... i did it once and will never do it again ... it's mobbed with people, you never get anywhere neer the ball , all the sudden it's midnight the ball drops and the stampeede begins..its not fun ... to me the best place is with family untill a bit after new years has rung in and then party with your friends :CandyPop:

Just tell your friend to sit tight...I hear there's a Y2K5 bug going around...something about computers not being able to handle the extra 5 in the code or something like that. The whole world is supposed to come to a screeching halt. I've already stocked my bunker with non-perishables and firearms.

6 hour set by digweed in downtown la. i'm sure knowing what giant has done for the last couple of years, he won't be the only big name dj spinning in town that night either.

actually, heard rumors of tiesto in town for nye too playing godskitchen if you're in the mood for some cheese.

Man, that has never occurred to me...summer time NYE...I've always wanted to go to Austrailia....I'm plotting already
