Making 1 big mp3 from mp3 tracks?

i usually find mix cd's on slsk as separate mp3 tracks and when i put them on my mp3 player it makes a blank between each track. do i have to make 1 large mp3 file joining them together ? how? or do i have to burn a cd first with nero and then ripping it with EAC (see post below)? or ...? pleeeeeeeeeeeeease help

Either you put the tracks together again with a sound editing program (Soundforge or CoolEdit) or as you said....burn them and rip the CD to one large mp3 file with EAC.
