The dog cant of been shot becasue it was running to fast unless they were trancs or something. Found it amuseing it took so many people and vehicles to not even get 1 dog under control.

Fuck. Thats harsh but to be fair the dog looked pumped up to fuck about something. If it was generally a nasty ass dog it migt have been better for the general public if it had been put down but you cant see if they had been winding the dog up before the video started.
