Madness this morning in my office...
Boss is not getting paid 66k for two contractors he put the money out for. CTO of a good company just quit after a week cause he is having a baby.
When should I spring it on them that I am looking for a new job myself?

I would keep quiet about looking for a new job. It's a bad office-politics move from my experience.

from an employer standpoint, most defo keep quiet regarding another position until you in fact have landed said position. no good to come from telling anyone you work with that you are looking elsewhere for employment.
