Re: DJ Magazine Top 100 2004

If Hernan dont win the Poll is a JOKE!!!!

#271652Post 5 of 28

^^^

The poll is a joke and we all know that, even if we do hold some hope of having a diserving DJ up there. The trend right now is Tiesticle, AVB, and the rest. But anyone who listens to electronic music long enough will come to realize how much Trance sucks. And hopefully we will see a new trend surface in the next few years.

I hope yoru right....I just dont understand the facination with Tiesto? He is godawful to listen to.

Hernan deserves it the most....He is soo consistent with his sets, and rarely rarely plays a subpar set.

Re: DJ Magazine Top 100 2004

I am not going to vote this year, having participated the past 4 years. The DJ mag poll has become a PR-fest. A DJ like tiesto does well becomes he hires a PR manager to advertise for him, etc...... i think the poll was a lot more accurate when it was more discreet. If i did vote it would be:

zabiela hernan diggers Jody from WoW Plump DJs

Re: DJ Magazine Top 100 2004

Re: DJ Magazine Top 100 2004

It is true that all this is a joke, and this is all about popularity, but any way i dont lose my faith in the top elite djs (and producers) of this planet. anyway they are in that list just with anohter number.

:Smiling:

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and everything, but are you serious about Jodi?? He is a horrible, down right horrible DJ. Like James LaVelle. I mean I love him, WOW rulez, same with Lavelle for the most part, but I have yet to here I single live set from Jodi where he didn't train wreck like AT LEAST Five times. This is a DJ poll. I can understand if you either a) don't know the music well enough to recognize a train wreck, or b) it just doesn't matter to you. I dunno, I just start to go crazy, especially if I'm in a club and I hear a DJ like Mr. Wisternoff mix in Train Wreck after Train Wreck. Its like, what do you do for a living again???
