I just picked this album up the other day after over a year in anticipation and what can I say? I love it! It's absolutely fantastic to say the very least. It's no less than groundbreaking, and it has such an original sound to it. I don't know about the rest of you, but it's up there along with Sasha's Involver and James Holden's Balance 005 from late last year. Definitely two thumbs up! It's all the minor intricacies in G&D's mixes / sets that make them so fantastic to my ears. Slight changes here and there make for gargantuan effects on the ears. I've heard a lot of bad word spread about Dresden's DJ style, but I don't know, these guys can throw some sick sounds together. Especially Josh Gabriel.

What do you all think about this album?

I love this album. I liked their essential mix, but this sounds so much better to me for some reason. Definitely worth buying.

Re: Gabriel & Dresden's Bloom

Very Good live although I kinda feel they just toss out alot of tracks to see what sticks 8) for the crowd and go from there rather than having a direction that brings the crowd along for the ride
