Question for you Firefox users...

I'm trying this baby out and its looks good and performes well but I have a few questions I hope some of you firefox veterans can help me with.

Ok at the top of firefox there are 2 bars one with like File - Edit - View - Etc and then below that an address bar. Can these 2 be combined like in IE? I tried to just drag and drop but it wouldn't work. Last thing I really like to use the fullscreen option but with firefox when you go fullscreen it gets rid of the i]File - Edit - View - Etc toolbar and it also doesn't give an option to show the status bar either. Another thing on fullscreen is when dropping my mouse to the bottom doesn't seem to wanna make the taskbar come back up so I have to hit start key everytime.

Am I missing something? If I can just get past these small annoyances I can really see this replacing IE.

thanks for any help.

first of all, it's "firefox lovers" :P

about that, you can try looking for some extensions, under Kiosk Browsing and Appearance, i think there are some that you can find useful.

Thanks for the link I found the one that I needed but I'm still having the problem with the task bar not responding to my mouse when I drop it to the bottom. If anyone knows a fix for that please let me know...

thanks..

get a larger monitor and leave the taskbar always on front :P

no, honestly, don't know how to fix that since i don't use firefox in full screen mode :?

Going into full screen mode overrides the taskbar always on top hehe :)

all programs that I've seen that use always-on-top have that same problem... I don't think it's something you can fix

I'm not sure how the function works but with IE in full screen mode all I have to do is move my mouse pointer to the bottom and it pops up. Sucks it don't do it with firefox cause its a drag having to click the start key to bring it up..

Yeah, I just noticed the same symptoms with my IE & Firefox. Maybe it's something slated to be fixed in the new version? Or are you running 1.0 already?

I have 1.0 preview release. I wonder is there anywhere good to go that I could post that? Either way I'm impressed with firefox and if they ever fix that small problem I know I'd make the switch. Gonna look for somewhere to post the problem..
