Photoshop or not, that's the closest I've come to seeing her tits. She's got some no nipple clause in her photo contract. I read an article with her in FHM a couple years ago where she said her agent is on-site at all her shoots to enforce it.

Some years back, Alyssa Milano did a movie with some nudity in it (namely topless). One day her younger brother did an internet search on his sis and ended up seeing a listing of a bunch of adult sites showing her nude pictures and some of the sites charging people to see them. Her mom was pissed and started going after sites showing topless/nude pics of Alyssa and started an organization.

That's a pretty bad photoshop too... you can see it's pink all over the pace and a few pixels of some darker pink for the nip.
