so i just found out that because of the huge clusterfuck in the mortgage market, my most profitable loans that paid me as a broker up to 4.5% to do, now pay a max of 0. goddamn residential subprime mortgages. hopefully the moody ratings will come out soon and if they are positive maybe return to normal...

oh could be. i dont touch subprime. i do only option arms, but pricing is killing me now. hybrid arms still pay ok though, but not as good as traditional option arms.
