So, I have a gig coming up for Spundae in San Francisco and it is with Darude. What does this guy spin? Is it as bad as "Sandstorm"?????

From what I've heard pretty much as bad as sandstorm, but you may want to check out party931 earlier that same week...they'll be broadcasting Darude live from Miami ([url]www.party931.com[/url]).

all i can say is you should teach the crowd what REAL music is and force some progressive house down their throats. by the time darude gets on, the crowd will be chanting for you to come back on stage. if you're lucky you might get to toss around some glowsticks ;)

just know sandstorm and i can generalize that he sucks! scott i think you have a difficult one there cause people like either cheesy trance or housey music... its difficult to find someone that is into both styles! rock the place dude!

I hear that most of what he plays sounds just like sandstorm. The person that booked him should be given an award, if he's trying to get the trance scene going up there.
