Re: Sleeping at work.

Sometimes when I give trainings at 8am there are a few who partied a little too long the night before. That's when I start throwing small things.

How come that guy isn't fired yet btw?

Re: Sleeping at work.

We had a dude who would snooze for a couple of hours between 8:00 am - 10:00 am. (remind you we open shop at 5:45 a.m. EST). Periodically his head would bob left and right. Unfortunately he doesnt work here anymore and so no photos to take :p

Re: Sleeping at work.

i sleep during my lunch sometimes... guy in the cubicle next to me i notice sitting with his eyes closed for extended periods of time, but i get the feeling he actually is just resting his eyes as opposed to sleeping

Re: Sleeping at work.

i'd take a picture of this douchebag sitting next to me but i can't have cameras or camera phones in my work place... he falls asleep contantly. pretty funny when he drools. :D

kind of ironic that page he's looking at says 'you can stop searching'.... i guess he took it to heart.

Re: Sleeping at work.

I hate it when I feel really tired at work, and on my lunch break in the staff room I know I'm going to drop off - I only ever doze off for 3-4 minutes at a time, but it's torture knowing I have to stop!

Re: Sleeping at work.

I am sometimes in a meeting with a programmer from Luxembourg..he ALWAYS has his eyes closed for several minutes. I wait all the time that he starts making snoozing sounds LMAO. When I saw the title of the thread I immediately thought about George from Seinfeld and the awesome episode where he built a niche under his desk for a proper daytime nap.

Re: Sleeping at work.

No one sleeping at my job, at least in plain view, but I suspect some to use the toilets to do so. Anyway, you guys might use this trick ;)

Re: Sleeping at work.

At my last job I used to fall asleep at the computer all the time. My head would drop and I'd jolt awake and pray that no one saw me. I was usually full of Vicodin. I got fired for "stealing time" basically I was away from my desk too much, usually sleeping in my car or in an empty cubicle.

Now I don't fall asleep at my new job, but I take naps in my car and have one of my co-workers call me on my cell after about 15 minutes. Oh yeah, and now I;m not full of Vicodin!
