I bet they licked the governments arse and did everything they asked for in a heartbeat....one season without them could be ruining already I could imagine. Besides the money they make with drinks and merchandise articles in the Summer season, would the club owners have to pay the DJs if they need to cancel their gig because of such a reason?

Is this a permanent re-opening or just for Circoloco events? Any other sources confirming this yet?
If this is true that it's 100% open again, hopefully Bora Bora and Amnesia follow soon :)

that news suxx :( I hope that Cafe del Mar will be opened in September, I'm going to my first see of the seaside and I decided to CdelM :) anyway there are bulshit reasons to closing famous clubs like Amnesia... :( hope re-openings comin soon as you write

There's NO reason why Cafe Del Mar won't be open in September. Nobody goes there to take drugs. I like Cafe Mambo better, it's next door, it opens before Cafe Del Mar. Go to Mambo, and walk towards the back and you'll see some amazing polaroids of some Super Star DJs when they were really young.

Staying in Talamanca which is really nice, hotel right in the sea and ibiza towns just a 10 min boat ride away. I guess all the clubs are open, there are posters up for Amnesia and DC10. I'm gonna check out Eric Morillo tonight ... not really my taste, but apperently his sets go down a storm over here.
Tomorrows the main event, so I hope Diggers has overcome his recent illness. Reports from the weekend suggest that Hernan was in top form at the Custard Factory, and its been years since I caught Van M.
