She's technically still in custody and has to stay at her home. Sure, that's easier than actually being in jail, but lots of people get the ankle bracelets and are under house arrest. I thought her jail sentence was too long in the first place.

fact is she was drunk driving twice - once on probation - and she should do the same time that everyone else in CA should do if they were caught in the same situation.

Lets see the records of the previous 100 consecutive cases- and see what punishments they got - I bet they did more than 45 days in jail.
