The interesting thing is that most of the time, when people other than dictators or serial killers die, I can think of something pleasant to say, regardless of how little I liked them during their lifetimes. Most everyone brings [B]something[/B] positive to the table in some respect.
With Falwell, though, I can't think of any way in which he made the world better -- and some friends of mine and I gave it some real thought last night. Ironic that a purported man of God will probably be remembered primarily for his intolerance and hate. I don't like feeling satisfaction in knowing someone has died, but I feel about the same level of sorrow for his passing that I felt when I learned that al Zarqawi was killed. Crazy, but true.
