I heard this happening years ago and the customer threatened to sue because of privacy issues and the cable company backed off. I'd be more concerned about privacy and them proving you downloaded the episodes.

lol, I'm at university network with a 10 Mbit pipe and the sharing that goes on in certain hubs is amazing...lol.
