If I may geek out for a moment and confess to watching MythBusters from time to time, they proved on an episode a while back that this was actually quite possible (the exploding biscuit part, anyway). Doesn't mean the story is true, obviously, but it was pretty cool to watch those things blow...

It's just so much fun seeing those two guys play with cars, boats, planes, crash test dummies, fireballs, dynamite, guns, silicone implants... (the one where they tested different ways to cheat on the alcohol test, and had to get drunk in the police station... that was hillarious)
