It?s about time for some Digweed sets. Without long talking here is what we collected for your listening pleasure:

I read a few statements about the Deep Madrid set that it is not Digweed or he was not there at this date and I can?t tell if it?s true or not?I liked the mix so make your own opinion.

[b]John Digweed - live@Crobar, Miami 24th march 2001 (thanks to Jibgolly) [/b]

The Digweed@Crobar set was hosted on Digweed?s Kiss100 show on March 30, 2001. This is of course the version without any voiceovers and a true and dark Digweed set from the golden times. Yes I get sentimental about this one :RockOn:

[b]Trent Anthony - live at Sweetchilli, July 16 2004 (.AUdio on Proton) [/b]

This is the first of a huge package we received from Grant?next week we will host three hours of Pappa and maybe, if Grant gets clearance, a Robbie Lowe special so watch out for updates.

Btw don't wonder because of the length of some parts..I had to split them this way so I can host as much music as possible at the same time and use the complete storage room we have. :lol:

LOL no way. I am only caring for the uploads atm so I identify myself with them. I couldn?t do anything on the board besides using admin tools so I can never kick E out and take things over. :P

As for John Digweed in Mexico... IF its the correct show, then ithe correct date should be january 6th.... JD played on a wednesday nite.

The first 2 1/2 hours were amazing... the rest of the show became quite boring.

Will give it a listen when it downloads.

The first time i listened to Diggers Kiss show was when he aired the crobar set, now i can bin that tape! Thanks guys, and three hours of Pappa to come, i can't fooking wait!

It appears that this particular set is actually from August 15 2003....

I was thinking that if this is Digweed then it has to be before at least his Essential Selection in Feb of this year. In this set (at least in the part of it we have) he doesn't drop 'New Kicks' or 'Philth' which he was definitely banging in many sets after his E.S.

sounds real familiar to the set that he played at ultra that same year that & it was also broadcast on his kiss 100 show....

Just curious cuz i was at his set at ultra2001 and I will tell you what, I never felt that messed up in my entire life. Digweed really got my going with that set. I was wrecked.

D/Ling the Crobar set now. If it was the set at WMC that Sasha didn't show up because of an ear injury then I was there that night. That set rocked. I rememeber being in Miami with a couple of trance heads that came with me to Digweed that night and were blown away how great Digweed is live.

its not from ultrafest. its from crobar later that night.

Just to slide in a non-Digweed comment regarding the [i].AUdio[/i] set from Trent, plus the ones coming up later this week, is that they are [b]NOT[/b] Proton stream-rips.

[b]I have given a no-voiceover version in [i]256kbit[/i] MP3 especially for mercuryserver, and this applies to both the current Trent Anthony feature - AND the Anthony Pappa 3 hour monster, complete with .CUE sheet.[/b]

The quality is about as close to CD as you can reasonably get.. I was really happy with the sound for these recordings. :)

(Of course.. nothing compares with Diggers - but I do try!)
