i don't like Pappa either, not as a DJ anyway, however some of his productions are outstanding.

i like some of his stuff.. other stuff of his i dont like so much

I have never been disappointed by an Anthony Pappa set I've heard.

I for one will look forward to this. I've never been disapointed by anything of his that I've heard.

My favourite dj by far,I'm really looking forward to this download next week.

From what I have been reading alot of you are not that into Pappa....

Personally I think Pappa is one of the most consistent, underated djs out there...I love how he always sticks to the dark dirty sets. Lots of drums as well which I like. Cant wait to hear this one.

i honestly dont think too many people have actually ripped into pappa in the above posts or in other threads tbh

but yeh pappa owns. if you ever want a true journey cough listen to his nubreed cd 2 mix on da erb (da erb is optional but ighly recommendid). it still sits at no.1 in my personal fav of mix cds. :D

I dig pappa too, But I really can't wait for the Robbie Lowe set to be put upon here. That guy really kicks ass, and is quite a nice guy too.

Much thanks to Grant for all the help of bringing these great sets to us. And thanks for opening my ears up to KT, RL, Justin and Piero and Scott Oliver. Aussie Dj's are really playing the stuff that I'm digging right now.

pappa is a king man...he played an essential part in my music preference evolution...his stuff is really awesome i only heard one set of his that i thouht was shit and there werent any announcments anyway so i dunno if it even was him...but watever the case i want his set at sweetchilli real bad i heard it was a killer...

It was set of the year for quiet a few of my mates; it's the shiat!

Hey-ho kiddies. :)

Yep, the Anthony Pappa set (and Trent Anthony set - featured now) are both in 256kbit MP3 with [i]no[/i] voiceovers. I did that to try to push the higher quality audio over the 128/192 stream rips that do the rounds constantly.

Pappa was kind enough to do a cue sheet for the 3hr set for me, so it's nice and easy to digest and split across three CD-length sections.

As for that night's set from Robbie Lowe - I'm still hassling him to let me release it... but it's my personal favourite of the night and hopefully I can work it out. Regardless - he'll be up for the October [i].AUdio[/i] installment with live sets from his recent New York tour, and brand new material on top of that. Scott Oliver will be taking the reigns for November in another 4+ hour journey from chillout through to techno. (And possibly Matthew Dekay live as well.. ) ;)

Yes, it certainly has some obscure moments. :) The techno elements are f'narfin awesome though... and I'm teaming it up with some local stuff that Jenks is going to absolutely [b]love[/b] I reckon!
