We're rescuing a Yorkshire Terrier this weekend. We're trying to come up with a good name for him, preferably something distinguished-sounding to complement our current dog, Truman (BTW, our current dog is named after the Mizzou mascot, not the president, so we're steering clear of presidential names to make sure there's no confusion on that point).

FWIW, although this picture is not actually a picture of him, he looks very, very similar to this picture I stumbled upon:

[I]Norman[/I] - aka - norm stewart (although, this could get kinda messy when you're calling Truman, which sounds a lot like Norman, and vice versa...maybe just go with Stewart, or Stewie. lol.)

[I]Clark[/I] - as in Jack Clark. Ohh, lol, [I]Andujar[/I]!! no, kidding.

[I]Porter - [/I]kinda sad tho, since Daryl had a lot of problems and died early.

Well, looks like Maxwell is carrying the day. Max is actually his current name, we had just thought we'd give him a new one because we didn't really think he looked like a Max. I was really pulling for Fonzie, but the wife wasn't on board -- we couldn't really settle on anything, so we just decided to stretch it out to Maxwell. That'll probably be easier on the dog anyway.

FWIW, though, his middle name is Rolen. :)

way to just jump on the bagwagon there toasty...a recent poll found that Max is at the top of the list for dog names in 2006...you could've put more work into it than that :p ;)
