yeah, Bedrock!!!! Favorite cd ever!!!! I like Sasha's Avalon mix better then either of these. Involver was good though, Fundacion falls apart about half way through.

Disagree completly that involver was his masterpiece. I think ADD was his masterpiece for studio work but GU:San Francisco is my far the best sasha mix ever.

Was a bit too aggressive for me, just think involver is so ridiculously melodic, and the 'smile' remix sets my hairs on end every time the vocal kicks in, even several hundred listens later

So that's the reason for the special pillow case edition, mystery solved.

But back to the question, I liked Fundacion just a bit better, not crazy about the intro but the rest was good.

involver's acceptable in any situation...you can get your head down and have a proper stomp, stick it on for a smoke when you get back and have it on for the post-club rooting with that special someone. a cd to suit all occasions you might say

I'd say Involver as well. Fundacion was nice to listen to for the most part, but it felt more like a sampler than a real mix with a purpose. Kinda gets all over the place and tries to do too much with too many styles.

People rag on Involver a lot saying it's a sucky dance mix...it's not even meant to be one.

I don´t think you can even compare involver with sanfran or the other way around, they are two difrent mixes from two difrent times, also the aim of the both mixes is difrent.

Involver all the way.

Fund has its moments but Involver is the complete package. The first 30-45 minutes are some of the best sounds I've ever heard from any album, any genre. With the exception of Cars Go By, its a total masterpiece - I'll be playing this album for my grandchildren someday.

every cd of sasha is perfect. he has a special talent.I couldnt compare both, they are different things, one is a mix of all remixes and additional prouductions by him and the other is a cd mix....so for me i can not choose one...both are masterpiece for me.

Involver, every tune bar the last one and the 2nd one are brilliant.

However Fundacion is only good up until the freaky chakra cd and then it gets awful, possibly some of the worst tracks ever played by Sasha

id say his ableton live essential mix was better than fundacion. fundacion is still one of my favorites though.

Involver, easily. The 2 CD's are on completely different levels.

If we're talking best Sasha CD's though, then ADD and GU009 CD1 are his best works, imo.
