A Ludlow teacher is under arrest for allegedly making a bomb threat at the East Street Elementary School. Ludlow Special Education Teacher Tina Fisher is behind bars. Ludlow Police Chief James McGowan said the bomb scare was called into 911 from the East Street Elementary School at 8:59 this morning. A short time later the 36-year-old Fisher was arrested at the school. Chief McGowan said, "I'm very surprised it's a teacher that made the bomb threat, usually it's a student." Fisher is charged with numerous offenses including, making a false bomb threat, 2-counts of threat to commit a crime, disturbing the peace, disturbing a school in session and disorderly conduct. Fisher is being held behind bars at the Ludlow Police Department on $100,000 bail.[/FONT]
