Re: vitamin water.

fuck it. too much sugar in them, i'll just take a one-a-day. i'm not paying $1.50 for those things. some of them - like the one w/glucosamine - whats the point. you'd have to drink 3 of them/day to get a decent dose of gluco and it takes about a month for it to load into your body and start helping out your joints.

scam for rich stupid fat people imo

Re: vitamin water.

I was all about vitamin water, when I was at a huge party at WMC dancing around like a moron for 10 hours..and off my rocker thanks to some booze and a pill. I had about 10 of those damn things before I realized that they were kindly charging me about $15.95 per bottle.

Re: vitamin water.

I bought one of these back in April of '06 and have been stocking up the garage fridge. It's good stuff and not a bad price over at Costco. Lemonade and Revive are my favorites.

Re: vitamin water.
why waste your money so effortlessly, when water is free?
Because water alone, does not have what it takes to restore electrolytes and certain vitamins that have been diminished after strenuous activity or a hard night out. The makers of Gatorade figured that out a long time ago..Adding vitamins to water to give you a boost of the vitamin that you need is a good idea..Not the vest source for vitamins, but it seems to give you a boost..Not something I would rely on for my daily intake of vitamins, but after a hard night out, potassium is crucial, as well as B vitamins..Plus, these are tasty as hell :)

skipping everything after this post, just an fyi: VitaminWater was purchased by Coca-Cola a few weeks ago. The flavors are great, but i dont' drink it anymore: too much sugar. Do, on occassion, buy the smartwater bottles. Like the taste....
