A bunch of us from Singapore are planning a trip to catch Sasha and Digweed for NYE.
What's the door policy like? If we bought early tickets (can be bought online??), is there a chance they might not let us in? We promise not to dance in circles and certainly no glowsticks. 8) We don't want to fly 18-hours only to be stuck outside. :what
While I'm at it, can you guys recommend places to stay?

dude. its outside i think at the giant village. im going out, hypoluxxa will be there, hos, newland, few others for sure. we all got a hotel somewhere, i forget. i booked it awhile ago.

Getting a hotel is secondary ... we're more concerned about them having a bitch of a door policy. I'm not flying 18 hours to be stuck in out in the cold :MadNow:

LA isnt cold. dont worry, but i would opt for a hotel, you dont want to be on the streets. hang on, ill go look through my paperwork.

Alright I'm used to Melbourne's climate, so LA should be fine. But we're coming from a very humid 30-35 celcius climate.
Anyway the main concern is their door policy. Has Avalon been known to stop people from entering for no reason?

It will be an indoor venue. AVALAND wil NOT have anything to do with this. This is a GIANT event. Tix will be up to $125. It will be from 8pm to 8am... The venue itself has not been revealed. If you have tickets you'll get in if you show up at 8 or 9. Giant is infamous for having problem letting people in. Arrive early and avoid HUGE lines.

according to giant, it seems like it's going to be a venue in downtown la. hollywood might not be the place to stay. it may take a while to get downtown.
