the tough thing about it is that i know a lot of ppl who were friendly with him or knew viz 6 degrees of kevin bacon style..
and the hard one for everyone is that we all told him it would happen, many times, and he kept yessing us to death and now that it happened, some of us have talked and its hard not to be angry. its not like he didnt know, hell everyone was concious of it even though he hid it. not once did he ever mention heroin unless we confronted him.

I am so sorry to hear that!
I was just at Neptunes in the Hamptons for Victor's party and saw a girl taken out on a stretcher because she was G-out. They had a tube in her mounth and everything because she could not breathe on her own. Makes you wonder!! Apparantly she does it all the time. Wouldnt you stop if this happens to you ALL the time.
It is a sad world we live in, and all you can do is try and be there for your friends.

yeah, my best friend of 20 yrs just went into inpatient rehab after nearly dying from an OD on labor day, which is made all the sadder by the fact that his younger brother died of an OD two years ago. very sad stuff -- hang in there. :(
