No not really.. :D It'sabout music, you first install a plug in monitoring the tunes you play and based on that, the website builds your personal music profile. Upon all these data the website reccomends artists similar with those you listen and you'll probably like and other users that have similar taste in music like you ("neighbours"). I've discovered tons of good music through this. Then you can also then have your own personal radio, based on what you play again, or make a custom radio asking from the website to play you music like that or those artists. check it out :-)
