I hadnt really thought about the insurance untill someone mentioned it today. He said that I will have to declare it to the insurnace company and they will bump up the policy by a huge amount. Wankers, everyone speedsm its just that they do it better than me. :lol:

Totaly the opposite man, I feel much better today, last night I felt terrible, I could hardly walk up the stairs. Today, I made it to work in 25 mins and home in 30. I only stopped briefly twice on the hill on the way back too. I might have some tea and go out for a bike ride. haha
I like this being banned lark, I`m gonna get fit.

ul m8, no more Rocket Rod! as for the bike getting you in shape, I have been doing 8 miles a day for months and has it helped me get in shape? only if you class round as a shape!

Well, the end of the longest week in hell. In all Ive done maybe 40 or 50 miles on a bike this week. My legs are stiff as boards, my ass hurst like fuck, and Ive slept more than Ive slept in a long time. Dont know about the muscle mass beans, for some reason Ive decided to go the whole healthy option way and stop eating crap. Im hoping to lose some weight too.

Well after two weeks of cycling to work and back I feel great. The hill I had to stop on several times in the first week I can now breeze up in one go. I feel like a new person, fuck, I`ve even stopped smoking...... AGAIN!
Six months of this and I should be a walking adonis just in time for WMC 2007 :mrgreen:
