John Digweed and Desyn Masiello End Summer with North American Tour

John Digweed has brought Desyn Masiello, who's slated for Bedrock's next release, along for a solid promotional tour of Northern America to end the summer starting August 25.

The new Bedrock compilation series is titled the 'Original Series' (this being OS.0_1). Desyn Masiello has mixed the first in the series (set to be released September) with a collection of relatively underground artists and producers - providing a compilation that fits the well known and respected style that Bedrock is famous for.

Crobar is the name of the Club, Back Door Bambi is the name of the Monday night parties at Crobar. Its the longest running night on the beach.

Ugh! I was going to come out for the LA or SF but the g/f's friends are getting married and I'm required to go. Their cool and all but wrong weekend to get married. I know I'm going to regret this when I read the reviews. Oh well... I'll just plan for the next WMC and if anyone gets in the way of that their gonna die. :Die:

not hardly, i don't think so anyway. So Digweed coming to TN may be a bit of a stretch. Can you imagine him playing in Memphis and rocking out Graceland? hehe. Or in Nashville at the Bluebird or someplace? haha. Or my home city of Knoxville at big orange Neyland Stadium. That would be something! But even if he'd just come one state over, I'd drive 4-5 hours to go see him. Charlotte draws some big names, but no Diggers in a while. He's not even gonna be anywhere close! Dammit!! :BangHead:

Does anyone know the actual release date for Desyn's compilation is yet? I know its supposed to be September some time but is there anything more specific set yet?

Thanks for clearing that up...I was confused! I'll be there on Aug 30th!! I'm so excited...haven't seen diggers on his own since last april!! Can't wait to enter the vortex!!!

Digweed's going to be playing in New Orleans at the Voodoo Music Festival on Saturday, October 16. :)

Paul Van Dyk is also playing that night. I hope Diggers gets to close out the tent, but I have a feeling that PVD will get the prime time slot.

Dave Ralph HAD to have pulled major strings for that one, cuz everyone involved in this area was giving him/Avalon MAJOR shit for not booking Digweed and it was the first time he wasnt stopping in Boston on a big tour. Shortly after the upset, he announced Digweed @ Avalon.

Sorry he isnt coming to you now though :(

i'll be in denver for that show. then he'll be in new orleans for voodoo fest. that'll make 4 times i'll have seen him this year. his budapest show was by far the best thing i've ever heard.
