yeah, their catalog is not that big. I get more results at BeatPort. Either way it's just another place to shop.

I purchased the iDJ magazine this week and there was an article on Digital Downloads. I guess the magazine is teaming up with djdownloads. I got my 5 free tunes with the "secret code"

You have to buy the magazine for that. :p I didnt know. I was just interested in the whole Digital article.

I like beatport a lot too-in fact I've downloaded 212 tracks from them in the last year which I know because Sightless, being the dope accountant-is trying to get me some kind of write off for it (I got a huge extension on my taxes thanks to him too)

I do think however that both are necessary because each one gets pre releases exclusively and to stay on top of the curve one has to have the newest shit all the tizzime

Alex, let me know if you are able to pull some write-offs on the tracks you purchase.

Quick question though, if you write off your music don't you also have to claim your income from DJing?
