scared of heights and extremely tight spaces. I dont feel suffocated in elevators but I have extreme claustrophobia of spaces tighter than an arms spread

I am afraid of heights, walking over grates (street, subway, etc), and most bugs with more then 4 legs (can barely even kill them)

I can't stand watching someone receive a foley cathater. (but who can right?)The thought of it makes me naucious, unfortunately its a commone occurence in medicine.

Flying over water. I'll never go to Hawaii, I'm fine when I go to Europe and Ibiza though. Go figure.

i never open public restrooms from the inside with my bare hands. i always use a piece of towel or shirt or something.

terrified of heights...

dont like traveling in cars at high speeds, basically an extremely nervous passenger, especially on freeways, but im okay if im driving...

those are the big 2... i have a ton of small phobias

if there is no paper towels, ill stand and wait for someone to come in if i have to. the amount of gross people who dont wash their hands, there is no way im touching that handle!

Nothing really ever happened to cause this phobia, I think it's mainly based around the uncertainty of the whole thing. You never know whats in there or you never know where that water is travelling etc, etc. weird I guess

lightning. i am terrified of lightning. i will not talk on the phone or watch tv. i have been known to sit on carpet in my apartment's foyer where there are no windows with an ashtray & a beer as long as necessary until that madness stops. under no circumstance will i find myself outside during a lightning storm. i'm getting nervous just writing this. LOL.

i am also terrified of meeting beanz in a dark alley, but hey, who isn't!

I love thunderstorms...i actually go ou there and watch em...talk about a rush:twisted:

But, this is funny, i'm actually terrified of microwaves when they are on. So when i use one, i start it it and get the fuck out the way...talk about a phobia eh:D

I'm extremly scared of getting lodged in a tight space in some kind of contorted position. Also I can't crawl into closed-in tight spaces like tunnels. I'm always afraid of getting stuck. I'm clinging while thinking about it.

I got knocked down from a stroke of lightning once. It didn't injure me, but I get a bit nervous when I am outside during a storm, and for now, I wouldn't call it a phobia.

definitely claustrophobia. Remember that movie the vanishing with Keefer. the part he woke up in a buried coffin. Fuck that.

Also, I have a phobia of being locked in prison with beanz. I don't know why, but it might be something with his constant use of the :Anal: icon :lol:

I never had a fear of spiders..... dunno why.... snakes and bugs that fly.... I'll run like the wind.....

oh..... and even pitch darknes..... I mean so dark that if you held your palm 2 inches from your face you won't see it..... it's unnerving (not scary)

Water in which I cannot see the bottom: I've been know to get panic attacks when swimming in such circumstances, unless someone is with me. Strangely enough last summer I crossed a small lake of 120ft deep and swam about a mile or so...but there was 3 of us, so no problem at all. I did get into a panic later that day what I had to swim around a patch of waterplants in shallow water: I stumbled over an old pier whose remnants were hidden just below the surface and fucking freaked out. Nobody realized I had an attack until I came up the shore and just fell down exhausted from fear - all i could do when swimming back was concentrating on not hyperventilating and losing it.

Other than that...nothing that I know of. For those that hate bugs: don't go to Africa...in the night they try to climb through your mosquito net and die from the repellent in it, and in the morning you'll wake up covered with dead bugs sometimes, or be rolling over them :twisted:

I used to fly 2-3x a year no problem for about 7 yrs then oh maybe three years ago i got severe anxiety on a flight to chicago and now i need ativan to fly. so flying i guess.

i also have a severe fear of dying. i cant even think about it or i get very sick and upset.

i will only swim where i can see the bottom. when i was in aruba i had a panic attack while jet skiing because the water was so dark and iw as terrified of falling in so i had my fiance bring me back to shore so he could finish himself...wel the water was so clear i THOUGHT i saw the bottom so i said here is fine, well here wasnt fine because i jumped off and completely went under water and started panicking because i couldnt see the bottom. that was not fun.

Fat, ugly people with cellulose ridden arms and legs that go every which direction when they "move" or "roll" down the street or pathway. It's fucking disgusting. If you don't care enough about yourself to maintain yourself then just stay in your own home so we don't have to look at you and smell you. I don't want to know that you can hide a whole fucking turkey under your left tit. Nasty.
