just got back from doc.....

3 bone chips in my shoulder joint, two below the should blade. and i have wondered why my upper back and shoulder were killing me... turns out the bone chips were causing the muscles around my spine and shoulder to become spastic and essentially my entire left back became one giant knot.. lot of pain

spent an hour on the EMG machine this morning (its the electric shock thing that ghey body builders use on their stomachs) with about 4 pads stapped to me in an effort to release the spasm. it hurt like a bizznitch.. but better now.

fuck, my life is getting less fun by the day, no more karate, no more basketball, no more hockey, oh yeah...constant pain...:( :what :|

i think its from the jui jitsu classes im taking for my upcoming competition... but my back was hurt years ago as well. either way im waiting till after to go under the knife.

im in a really bad mood. not mad, just depressed. but reading through beanz's recent tripe, im laughing.

I know the feeling, my cartlidge under my right knee cap is torn pretty bad and means I can't even run. atm, I'm trying to find a doctor who will do surgery on it. it is painful as hell after running or even hiking. The pain is something I would love to do without, but what are you going to do? :roll:
