The time and effort these people put into making this show is just incredible!

Re: Cirque du Soleil's QUIDAM

"O" is my fav so far. saw it a few years ago when i went to vegas. managed to score 4th row tickets about 2 hours before the show (at the box office no less!). Varekai was good too, but "O" takes the cake so far.

Re: Cirque du Soleil's QUIDAM

Just saw Varekai myself and loved it, but agree anything they do is amazing. :!:

Re: Cirque du Soleil's QUIDAM

I saw Delerium a few months ago. Kind of different than the typical Cirque show. They played all the music live and had a lot of live drum setups onstage in the midst of everything that was going on, similar to Blue Man Group.

Is "O" the more "risque" one? Like a Rocky Horror Show?

There's also one in Vegas with a fire theme, that looks wicked as well.

Gotta say though, they have good soundtracks for circus shows.

"O" is at the Bellagio, and it's the one with water... crazy setup where they raise and lower the floor depending on if they're working in the water, or out of it. the one with fire is at treasure island (i think). the name is escaping me right now. man, i really need to get back to vegas soon...

Re: Cirque du Soleil's QUIDAM

Ah ... my ex caught O in vegas. She kept going on and on about it. She used to do competitive synchronized swimming or something, so I guess she really enjoyed the show.

That's for sure....I paid 180 smackers for 2 seats(middle, 7th row). I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Ka is, i think, their most expensive and all-out show they've done to date. it will seriously blow your mind.

Yeah, I've caught two of them (Allegria and Quidam) but would love to catch more. Preferably while trippin balls.
