it's called substance abuse. prolonged use of any inhibiting chemical becomes normal to the body. almost like an addiction, but not really. for instance, many people who stop smoking the mary jane have problems sleeping. there are certain things the body does when you smoke, and esp when you have a constant amount of flow coming into the body. it turns things off when it finds that it does not need to make them. so you first couple nights, or you next few it becomes very hard to fall asleep. it's really strange. it also happens with coffee. some people get what they call a "coffee" headache. if you are an avid coffee drinker and miss a cup or just stop you get these grilling side headaches. the body is an amazing thing, there is so much we still do not know.

Melatonin is good natural sleep aid for those attempting to get off drugs. Whether it's minor relaxation problems associated with marijuana or a week binge of tweek. Very cheap too.
i know. lol. to be frank, pay a little more for the melatonin. it is worth it. the cheap shit is cut with some wack as stuff. fucking makes me tweak at night. the good shit gives you some wicked dreams. man. i have trip't while sleeping.
i think i'll just stick with the pot :P
