sorry if posting in wrong place, but for those that own this mixer, wondering on the CUE. Is it always split? meaning one track on the left and the other on the right? CUE doesnt play both records on both sides of the headphones?

Is this how most mixers work? I'm just getting in to buying some decks and my hearing is lower in my right ear, so I hope this isn't how mixers work otherwise I've got a harder job ahead of me :/

no..you can adjust and blend as needed for both records, or set is as a straight split.

Above the que, there is a switch that says mono split/stereo. Flip it to stereo

no, most mixers don't have a split cue... and i've never seen one yet that did have it without a way of switching it off

i have the same problem..i use a djm 600 ..i usually let the master bleed into my cue.. otherwise im fucked, i would have to blast the monitor on my right ear (i have to do that when i play out)
but the headphone split only splits into one song per side

use the cue on the channel you wanna mix, and also have the cue on for the master channel, then you use the knob above the volume to blend them together, It can really help you out if you are in a place where you can't play loudly.
