They are booked in Cleveland next month but i have never listened to them. Are they worth checking out? Any sets recommened to listen of theirs?

Go see them. Infusion are interesting to watch during their live performance and they can put people in a good party mood. Check some sets out before though in case you don't like male singers in general. ;)

they were ace at the glade festival last year, very impressive full live show. I also caught them at Renaissance a couple of years back but that was more of a decks n fx set.

i caught g&d twice and while they are good producers they arent that good live ... definately go for infusion

Do yourself a favor and catch infusion. They put on a very good live show. Very energetic. The last time I caught them, their set had two portions: the first was some really cool and weird sounds/beats (ok, that probably describes any elecronic music, but it's early over here) while the second portion was more of their 4/4 productions with singing. The singing isn't that bad, kinda angry and growling ... it gets a bit weary if you catch ALL their live shows, but definitely makes for a good first impression. The singing is definitely better than the other Aussie act IMO.

I have seen a video of them in a live set and it looked good. Its kinda fun to see people playing the instruments rather than just spinning. GO!!!

^ The Tokyo set I referred to is a killer - it starts with that track that goes 'Every now and then say...What the Fuck?' and then this wicked bassline builds up, classic moment!

I saw them twice 2 years ago when they first started out with Dave Seaman. They are great. If you like Second Sun, you'll love them. Infusion is better!

I'd say check out Infusion whenever you can.... Saw them at Fabric last summer and they delivered the goods. Not one too miss!

IMO Infusion is next electronic act that will break through like the Chems, Prodigy and Daft Punk have. Their energy on stage is unparallelled. Both Jamie and Manuel have wicked vocal talents and their incredible sounds speak for all the other skills they posess. Super cool guys too.

No question, when they're in town, hit it up.

I would agree. GnD just sit behind their notebooks...click...click....click....they didnt produce a presence when I saw them live. Im not discounting their talent or trying to diss them but I believe they are much better producers than live performers. I have never seen Infusion live but I do own many of their records. I would jump on any chance to see them.
