What is the attrcation with e? I'm putting that question to people who've obviously done it. I don't know a single person who's admitted to doing it.

What does it make you do? Be happy, dance for hours. Does it make you ill? Is this the drug that gives you mega comedowns?

Sorry if I seem a little naive, but I've never had much interest in drugs at all!

just go, now, leave. before i lose my temper, get out.

ok, now for the real answer. two things can happen.

  1. the good roll. you basically forgo your sense of pain and a bit of the eyes for a major increase in the other senses. music wraps around you like never b4. touching feels like heaven. sex goes for hours. you simply escape.

  2. the bad roll- you recoil in horror, your cannot steady your vision, you feel like you are gonna puke, and sometimes do. you get weak for awhile, and cant move. loss of balance. basically like how you would feel after 20 shots of tequila minus the headache. and you senses shut down. not fun.

As a person that formerly did ecstacy I will tell you about a typical night for me: The nights would start off with a pickup usually 3 pills for the night. First one to start, second one to keep going, third one usually got broken up and bumped to just go insane when the music was wild. I have never had a bad roll, ever (believe it or don't), but there are some guidelines that me and friends always kept. We never did it alone, always took it in groups, always kept well hydrated, and if someone was having a bad roll the night was over, we all went home to make sure they were alright.

Effects on the body from my personal experience involve a lack of inhibition to touch, your skin is your best friend and there are many nights chicks rolled their hands through my hair and I almost jizzed on myself in the club. Sometimes you are shut out from reality because you really digging the drug and just wanna space out. Sensitivity to light, yada, yada...

Can ecstacy make you sick? Sure if you have a weak stomach or get shitty pills. Know your drug dealer, sometimes we would get pills, break a flake off and test it and find out some nights that it was cut with speed, coke, or ketamine. Mixing drugs is a bad habit and some people can't handle the elevated sensual experience combined with a speed rush or a coke rush and have a bad-roll and get physically sick.

Put it this way, abuse of ecstacy will fuck you in the end, I am pro ecstacy for recreational use but there is a fine line when enough is enough and you will know when you cross that line.

One thing to add, like the post above me hints at, is the feeling of contentness. I don't think you could ever be more content in you life (maybe through meditation you could, I suppose). But I think it varies from person to person. For some people its more about the high and others the entire experience. Read shulgin's experience on Erowid, it'll probably answer the questions you have.

bout bad rolls, what did u guys been eating? thanks god, never had one, the only bad thing happened to me once was the day after, totally depressed, i was in bed whole day, crying, milliojns of bad tought passed my mind from my childhood til present.

thowing up is caused by very big dosage of serotonin, so the body automaticaly wants to defend itself from it with throwing up.

of courrse that for some people thats not the case, i had a friend who throwed up every time we went on a party and Es.

for a few years we had a run every weekend going partying, mixing everything at hand, and never did one get ill, or i dont know what. you just need to have control over yourselfs and must not eat two digit number of Es, even over 3 there is no sense at all. every one after that number just gets your face more deformed and thats all.
