I absolutley despise GNR. Axle is a fochin pussy, and the little dance he does is ghey. I thought they were cool when I was in eight grade, about the time Appetite was released....everything that followed blew ass, all thanks to MTV. I always thought that Kid Rock was the new Axle, kinda a rock n roll bad boy attitude- so ghey. Do they really like GNR over there in Zimbabwei?

i saw these guys way back in the early 90's when they did a stadium tour with metallica. g'n'r came on two hours after metallica left the stage and sounded like shit. i guess they thought it would be cool to also hook thier sound up to the stadium speakers. certain points sounded like someone turning a screwdriver deep within your ears. ap for destruction was a good album for its time. g'n'r should just let it go and try to hold some of credit they earned.

Appetite for Destruction is a landmark in rock history. When that album came out, nothing touched it, nothing sounded like that. Use Your Illusions, again, epic, although, it probably would have been better off as one cd, instead of two. Anyone denying GNR's place in rock history really doesn't know much about rock. I think Axl is a douche too, but he was a fantastic front man. Slash, like i said, noone sounded that edgy, that guy could fucking string it. GNR didn't stand the test of time, but for the short time they were around, the first few albums they dropped...everyone's jaw was on the floor. Recognize.
Axl did look like a pompus ass in the superbowl last year tho. Let it go GNR. You came, made your mark, now just fade away.

Yes.... GNR sucks but Kid Rock REALLY sucks. He's a rich kid from Romeo, MI who was ashamed of his dad's money and getting his ass kicked everyday so he moved into a trailer and formed a rap-rock group. Now he's washed up and playing anything gig he can... like Universal Mardis Gras. :CrackUp:

A Guns n´ Roses appearance is scheduled for this year´s Rock In Rio here in Lisbon...but of course, they were scheduled to appear in 2004´s edition too, and bailed out as usual, so...
But like Jenks said, Appetite For Destruction is an historic Rock album. Before grunge, that record was the first kick in the nuts given to fucking poodle metal wusses like Motley Crue and whatever. I love it.
