Re: And The Grammy Goes To...

At least it was not fatboy slim. I can respect that chems getting a grammy. Did they even air that on tv or was it just something on there webiste. I watched a little bit of the grammys and they kinda sucked this yr. Lots of shotty presentations and i thought it sucked that they did not have bowie come up to get his life time achievement award. BS if you ask me. Lets thank the academy for screwing up another award show.

Did you see Madonna walk behind one of the animated Gorillaz characters and then immediately in front of another? I'm still scratching my head over that. We took it back and forth with the Tivo and couldn't figure it out.

Also, is it just me, or are they getting a little too cavalier about passing out those "lifetime achievement awards?" It seemed like they were passing out another one after every commercial break. Those used to be a big deal, I thought. I had the impression that if the show had continued much longer, I would have had one by the end of the evening.

Theyve been talking about doing a holographic tour, so the bandmembers could actually be the Gorillaz. Im not sure if that is what was inplemented on the grammys, but it did look really cool. Im sure there will be many discussions about it.
The cartoon band are set to break new technological ground by appearing on stage in 3D holographic format, although due to financial and creative technicalities, the trek will not take place until 2007.

A showcase event in which the group will perform a version of 'Feel Good Inc.' will be held in London at the end of October.

Because of the nature of the shows, the tour could feature as residency runs at theatres while the jaunt moves across the globe.

It is still undecided whether the shows will feature live musicians or the pre-recorded material.
She dosen't have much to work with anymore. Madonna isn't even a MILF.

What's with U2? I never understood the facination with them. They have appeared to have morphed into cartoon characters. Super rock hero's.

Re: And The Grammy Goes To...

I'm sick of award shows that throw 15+ performers on the same stage for a medley, it always sounds like each one is trying to out sing everyone else. Always sounds like shit too......am I the only one?

Re: And The Grammy Goes To...

i'm sick of award shows in general. i dont know if its possible but it seems like there's more award shows than renaissance mix compilations by dave seaman? i'm fully fed up with both and all.

Re: And The Grammy Goes To...

Re: And The Grammy Goes To...

^ U2 are legends, simple as that

Madonna is one of the greatest MILF's out there. if you are saying you wouldn't nail her then I'm calling you a liar

The only Coldplay album i've heard is x&Y. I thought it was frankly stunning. But if you're saying that the others are better than I suppose I should get hold of them........
