Funny, but I would never do that to my cat.

Any cat will run from sudden, loud noises. Not very funny imo!

Re: Do Cats Really Alleviate Stress?

being mean to the point of torture to any animal, is in my opinion very sick and twisted.

you two have problems.

Re: Do Cats Really Alleviate Stress?

its one thing to scream at your cat when they do something wrong... i do it. its another thing to scream for no reason. lame.

Re: Do Cats Really Alleviate Stress?

I think I'm being totally misunderstood here. I live with two cats, a ferret, and have a dog. On top of that I'm a vegetarian. Does anyone not see the humor in yelling phrases that mean nothing to a cat? If not, my apologies. -1 for me.

Re: Do Cats Really Alleviate Stress?

i agree with you... but its kind of human instinct to blame someone/thing for something bad happening. i mean if someone in your family dies from an accident or something, u dont really want to believe its an accident, you want to try and blame something, "oh its the car engineers fualt, etc." makes no difference if the animal can understand you, it just make you feel better.
