rip all tracks and merge into 1 file as described above (WAV).

compress/save/export into a 64K MP3 file or 32K windows audio file...presuming that it's all voice from the seminar, so you don't need higher bitrates and can save massively on diskspace (this gives you around FM radio quality).

Upload completed file wherever it's going to...

Open notepad and paste the URL ([url]http://)[/url] to said file after uploaded...

If the audio file is in MP3, save/rename the notepad file with a .m3u extension (call it whatever you want); if it's windows media, save it with an .asx extension.
