Good sets to work out to???

For all of you who aren't lazy and make it to the gym every once in a while.....what sets do you typically listen to? I feel like I listen to the same few mixes every time I work out and am looking for some new stuff. I download new sets as much as the next person but it's hard to find a solid mix that keeps a good steady beat and doesn't start out too slow. Any recommendations?? If not, I'll just go back to sitting on my ass and working on my beer gut. :D

I definitely can't listen to the same sets over and over when I hit the gym, for me variety is the key or I get really bored. I was rocking out to the Fattish set from Frisky Love Turkey today, fucking first rate set!!

on behalf of the tri state area, i say that california is no longer allowed to use the term, idea, or inference of guido. we invented it and unfortunetly have to deal with them. these fuckers need a tack hammer to the skull.

WERD!!!

I usually listen to my own mixes or friends.... most of us play right around 127-130bpm which is a good pace for me to get into a zone.

One of my favorites is still the Delta Heavy Essential Mix from 2002. About 9 mins into it is when I get into my groove with that.
